We've created 4 different class options for you to choose from.

After you read through the class descriptions, pick which one works best for you! After you've signed up, you'll receive waivers via email within 24 hours. After you've signed your documents, feel free to show up to the next available session. Class times are 6am, 9am, and 7pm Monday through Friday.

If you’re a person who may be a little apprehensive to come to a group class right now, you can join virtually and workout with John. He trains at 6am virtually Monday through Friday. If you can’t workout at 6am, the video stays up for 24 hours to view at your convenience. If you desire physical training only, we offer that at 6am, 9am, and 7pm as well. The 6am class is always taught inside the gym. The 9am class and 7pm classes are taught outside for the summer (pending weather conditions) to give everyone more space. If you need both virtual and physical classes, there’s a package for that as well. Children are allowed to classes for FREE! There is also a 1 on 1 training option available for those looking for more of an individualized approach. This package comes with 3 months of 1 on 1 training with John. Each session is 45 minutes to an hour.

VIRTUAL ONLY

The virtual only option gets you 3 months of virtual training. Workouts are Monday through Friday at 6am. If you can’t watch at 6am, no problem. The video stays up for 24 hours for you to view at your convenience. All you need is a pair of dumbbells at your strength level. Let’s go.

PHYSICAL ONLY

The physical only option gets you 3 months of physical training with John. Workouts are Monday through Friday at 6am, 9am and 7pm. You will also need a pair of dumbbells due to our “no touch” class experience.

"I WANT BOTH"

The physical and virtual bundle gets you 3 months of physical AND virtual training with John. This option is usually for people who need flexibility. This enables you to workout in class, AND workout at home if your schedule doesn’t permit you to come physically into the gym. Workouts are Monday through Friday at 6am, 9am and 7pm. You will also need a pair of dumbbells due to our “no touch” class experience.

1 ON 1 TRAINING

This package comes with 3 months of 1 on 1 training with John. This package is for those who desire a more personalized approach. Before you sign up for this package call John directly at 313-205-3107 to schedule your training sessions. All you need is a pair of dumbbells at your strength level.
