Refund, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy
Physical Training Sessions

Grindtime Fitness will provide full refunds for cancelled services within 12hrs of purchase, assuming Grindtime Fitness has rendered NO service to the client.  Once services have begun to be rendered and/or time allotment has expired all purchases are final.

If session(s) are cancelled through no fault of your own a make-up date will be given to render full service, assuming services can be rendered at a future date within 30 days of occurrence.  Grindtime may not accept fault for cancellations due to natural causes, such as government closures or restrictions

 

Exchanges are at the discretion of management and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Virtual Training Sessions

All merchandise are Final Sale to comply with health and sanitation standards at Grindtime Fitness.
